Incentives Could Bring Solar Plant To Saginaw

The City Council plans to vote Monday on whether to approve a redevelopment plan that would earn GlobalWatt, a San Jose, Calif.-based solar industry company, millions of dollars in state tax credits if they located their business to Mid-Michigan.
